A crisp puff pastry, apple roses and homemade salted caramel.
Ingredients

- sugar120 g
- semi-salted butter60 g
- double cream10 cl
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Unroll the pastry onto a tray and prick it with a fork.
- Peel the apples, slice them very thinly and arrange them in a rosette pattern on the pastry.
