Ingredients
- puff pastry (or shortcrust)1
- sugar125 g
- butter100 g
- eggs3
- ground almonds125 g
- Dark chocolate (70%)150 g
- pears4 to 6
- tart tin28 cm diameter
Preparation
- Peel the pears and cut them in half lengthways, then hollow out the centre.
- Roll out the pastry in the tin and prick it lightly.
