In your cupboard: olive oil (2 tbsp), herbes de Provence (1 tsp), salt, pepper (1 pinch)
Preparation
- Mix the beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt and pepper; shape into walnut-sized meatballs.
- Brown them for 5 minutes in the oil in a large frying pan, then set aside.
